1.Onam Onam is the biggest and the important festival of the state of Kerala. Time of Celebrations : This festival is celebrated in the months of August and September and is also called as harvesting festival of Kerala. Major Attractions : Flower Rangoli,Elephant processions ,Dancing,Music,presentations of folk arts ,Boat racing are the major attractions in the course of 10 days. 2.Vishu In Sanskrit language "Vishu" means 'equal' and it is not only a festival for Malayalees.
